About Me
I'm 42, and not getting any younger. I've slowly put on about 80 pounds over the last 10 years, and am tired of always feeling slow and heavy. I don't expect to have the body I had in college, but I know I can do a lot better than this!

looks like you are doing great, get back to the calorie tracking if thats what you need! I love that you are doing so many activities. I really want to get moving more, but between working at a desk and the fact that its still winter here (its snowing as I type, this might be the latest spring ever) are not helping. But I know if I stick to my workout plan its makes a huge difference, so here's hoping I can stick with it.

so I was thinking about it more
and it totally could be muscle gain if your weight stays same or increases. Though you know I think its a good plan you got. Do things that you enjoy to stay fit. Thats what makes a lasting plan. Insuring you enjoy what your doing. Keep it up!
