Still Doing it!
I've actually lost 14 lbs. since I got sick with colitis and I'm still motivated and staying on a very low calorie diet. I just bought some protein powder as a supplement to help with lots of vitamins, protein, etc. because I'm not getting enough of all the nutrients I need from the foods.

Getting started
Well, here it goes! Only about 50 Lbs. To lose! My biggest challenge is procrastination. I really want to feel better & look better. I'm hoping this plan will work.
