About Me
I have been running for a few months, and I have not been seeing the results I wanted... So after speaking with a trainer, I have kicked my cardio up to 4 hours a week and strength training up to 3 hours a week. Calories are cut back to 1400/day. I have only been doing it for a week and have already seen a 3lb difference! :)
