Pride
Life certainly takes a toll doesn't it.. I am determined that I need to be better. I need to be in better shape, I need to feel like I'm in peak physical condition. I am completely motivated every minute of the day, except for the minute I start my work out. I am nowhere near where I know I can be. I'll just have to keep trying. Figure out a way to push myself while keeping it small so I don't have time to play those mental games which sometimes stops me cold. Onward...

A New Start
I've let myself go these past 8 months. I've gained weight; I've been eating unhealthily. I'm not very proud. I seemed to have lost my motivation. Well, I found some temporary motivation in the meantime. I'm getting married in 2-3 months and I want to look amazing. I've started the Insanity program, I'm nearly two weeks in. I weighed myself early, I shouldn't have done that as it is discouraging. I gained three more pounds since the last time I got the nerve to step on the scale. I really believe this will work though, and no more cheating on the scale. I will only weigh in every 2 weeks. Starting again in a few days to line up with the Insanity calendar.

Strength workouts
I'm trying to implement strength workouts back into my routine. It's a haphazard schedule at the moment because of my schedule but some is better then none. I currently found someone to go with me to my strength workouts, but like me, its a haphazard schedule. Hopefully we'll be able to set up something more pernament.

I am so proud of you. I know you will succeed in everything you seriously try. You are inspiring and I feel very proud to call you friend along with daughter. I can't wait to see you when you come back and see how changed you are. I hope you see a change in me also. I really want to become physically fit so I have the endurance to teach and go to school, attend Sarah and Ben's events and still tutor. I AM NUTS. Good luck in your goals.

For fun
I've decided to enter most of my information now and get this set up, prior to me leaving for a month. I think it will be interesting though to see the changes that have occured during that month, especially considering how active I'll be and how closely monitered my diet will be. Hopefully I will reach some of my goals already. Then it will be easy to just maintain.
