    Sprain

    So I sprained my ankle today. According to my doctor, it's a "really, really bad" sprain. I'm upset because I'm not sure how I can continue to get my cardio in with this injury. I can't workout for the next 3 days, and when I go back to working out, I'm going to attempt to do some spinning. On the bright side, I can strength train as usual. I'm wondering what Cardio I can do with this injury to really blast my heart rate up and keep it there without bearing weight on my ankle.
