About Me
Mother of 6 wife to my bestfriend of 12 yrs am looking to drop some extra weight I gained over the past 5 yrs I set a 5lb goal every 2weeks I have concidered HCG injections but I am gonna try to give it a go myself I have 34lbs to loose and could use all the help I can get being im moving to california I wanna look feel my best more importantly I wanna be healthy :) I have 3 months to drop 15lbs or more if even possible

Excited!!!!!! 8•)
So I have been on this weightloss journey for about 8 wks now and I first started out at 177.8 and have come down to 164.4 WOO HOO YEY me riggt LOL anyhow zumba was my only sorce of exersise I have struggled with food made mistakes buve gotton to know my body better I have learned that I need more days of exercise instead of the 3 so I now walk 20 minutes a day 5 days a week I love to learn from others any tips I put to use I also learned while many can eat pizza aand lose weight I can not instead I gain lol even if eaten with a gRden salad anyhow 13lbs and counting my message is if I can do it with my health issues so can,anybody els no excuses! So I got 30 more lbs for my burn goal but about 35/40 for my personal goal I could not do this without God... They say get a buddy and create a support system but I do not have either of thoses its just myself so I invited God and he has amazed me sustained me and made me prevaile I am truly HAPPY! Cant wait to see me in a size 5 jeans boy will I be happer no more embarrsing ugly shameful jean sizes nope :) ok bye hope your inspired

I prevailed!
I got stuck at a certin weight after dropping7lbs total I think it was anyhow then I gained 4back ugh frustrating as heck! I was busting my butt 5 days a week and nothing then I prayed for some motivation and I would like to report I lost another pound WOO HOO ! I am happy and proud I now walk 1.5miles in the afternoon bout 30minutes then I do zumba 3days a week and after dinner I jog but am tring not to eat after 7pm so eating around 6:45then joging at 7:15 pm it helped I didnt gain a lb even after I ate dinner :) im so stoked

Stuck
So I'm stuck it makes no sence at all i've lowered my calorie intake and work out a total of 5 days a week 1.5 hours 3 of those days and bout 30mins the other days my scale is getting on my nerves think it may be time for a new one according to mone im flucuating between _3 different lbs thats crazy it's highly discouriging to see no progress when I work so hard at this bad day bad last t days of weigh ins.feels like im doing all this for nothing theres no improvement just wanna sink my teeth into aa biiiig fat juicey double bacon avacado cheese burger

Week 3
Week 3 of my diet and new healthy life style today is the start of a busy busy week but I have zumba yey and plan doing the treadmill for 20mins lets hope I drop this dreaded lb today and get my 169 oh yea
