Loving crossfit
well, it is the first time i ever did them and tried to find a max. that was what i racked up that day, but i could probably push it up another 10-20 lbs. Today I did 195lbs deadlift as part of Mcghee (5 DL, 13 push ups, 9 20" Bjumps)

A month'ish after Crossfit Toronto's bootcamp
Holy shit, I feel so much stronger. I've never encountered kettlebells, push presses, box jumps, kipping, butterfly pullups or anything of the sort until now. It's probably the entire group psycology that's behind everyone pushing each other so hard. It really does enforce the crossfit motto "forging elite fitness".

A week into my crossfit bootcamp at Crossfit Toron
First week has been an eyeopener in terms of the intensity and ferocity of the workouts. Outside of Insanity and P90X's workouts.. I imagine that over time I would grow use to those routines. Crossfit, however, will never be the same workout. It's a pretty penny in terms of the cost, but I suspect the results will be something else. Also, while there's a Youtube community for Beachbody workout programs that might mimic a community.. there's that stands up to having the group psychology and dynamic in person, such as someone screaming in your ear to push harder or cheer you on to really push you.

Crossfit.. almost threw up.. feels like firsttime
Wow.. went to my local Crossfit gym.. Crossfit Toronto and got my ass KICKED! Felt like the first time I did P90X and threw up... I really do think with the social aspect and having a coach present can really help push my fitness to the next level. I"m really looking forward to checking out my friend, Malcolm's gym along with Rob and Josh!

Insanity Pure Cardio
Geez, I still get winded each time I do this cardio workout! I'm noticing that I'm able to hang in longer and I've only had to pause the workout once to catch my breath. It's usually in the last 10 minutes of the workout that I really get winded and I have to step aside to catch my breath, but I always stick through and put in whatever reps to keep up with the tempo and speed of the workout. I had to put the cardio abs workout on the side because the pure cardio workout was strenuous as it is! Let's see if I can attempt it next week!
