    good morning!

Hello, and how are you doing? I'm sorry I've been off-site so much . . . work has been super super busy of late--in a good way--but I have had very little time for playing on the computer. Let me know how you're doing. Sounds like PamelaH is giving you some excellent suggestions. I've been reading about exercise motivation research lately, and one of the things researchers talk about is the importance of self-efficacy--which basically means believing we can do a thing. It works for all areas of life. When we believe we can accomplish specific goals--or keep telling ourselves we can--well, turns out that we can. Telling ourselves helps lead to believing in ourselves. Long-winded way of saying "You can do it!" :)

    Title...

Glad you are doing okay. I say fake it until you make it. Keep eating well and exercising. Keep track in a notebook or some other tool and when you can add stuff to daily burn, if nothing else track your weight and check in for motivation. Yeah to kicking the fast food habit!

About Me

I'm just looking to lose wight and tone muscles, or gain them really... :) I'm trying to get down to 150 at least, because I'm tired of the lifestyle I live now. I want to better myself and be able to climb the stairs without getting winded. I want to be able to do the things I've had to pass up because of my weight... I want a better life, and my journey starts now!
