Ideas ?
Just keep doing what you are. My mistake, and I think that of most of your uncles, is that after college we all got out of the habit of doing any regular exercise. Trust me when I say this, as you get older you will find it harder and harder to lose it as there tends to be more and more that ges in the way, be it kids, travel etc. Just stay active and really watch cholesterol/BP as it runs on our side of the family. Lets keep in touch..I'lll pot a new weight tomorrow as go to the doc for a follow up from last visit.

Title...
I lost weight six year ago, but last summer I got up to 270. I couldn't stand being a fatass so I dropped a little weight this summer by biking to work and just watching what I ate, but not honestly trying. Since October, I have dropped almost another 40 pounds in just 3.5 months. I have 11 pounds to go to meet my goal of 200. I'll get down to maybe 190 once it's warm and I can bike 25 miles daily again. I just need to make sure to maintain an active lifestyle again I don't log my food or workouts on here much anymore, just my weight, but I have a pretty good system that works for me if you need any ideas.

Hey
Gary...Uncle Jeff here..just happened upon you. don't let yourself get old and fat like the rest of us have. I was up to 260 but worse, and dig this,,,all after I had 4 stents placed in two differetn arteries, have cholesterol @ 247, high bp (140/105) and elevated sugar levels. What is your target goal? Don't get off it..
