Happy? 4th
Well, had a great weekend for Independence Day here in the US - sadly, that meant neglecting my diet and ignoring my fitness reminders. That means I have more than my job to get back to tomorrow!

RE Welcome Back
Haha, thanks! I've been trying a couple of other apps (web and phone) and when I saw that custom workouts had been added, I thought I'd come back to my first love :)

Fittness aggregator
One of these days someone will probably figureout how to use some API's and will make a fittness/nutrition aggregator service, something like ping.fm but for fittness results. Then you could update relevant stats to all your social/fitness sites :) too early you think? It'll probably gain more momentum when giants like Google merge their new Google Fittness into Google Health ;)

Progress
I'd love to see how you progress towards your running goal and how you generally progress in your different workouts, are you starting to use more weight or do more reps? can you update the stats?
