when to take a break for a cold?
I was pretty sick last weekend and it got worse Monday & Tuesday. I tried to run it out, but eventually my breathing just wouldn't support a workout, so I had to take a few days off of my training. Of course, now that I'm running again (even though I'm still a little sick, but getting better), my training is off and I'm not where I should be... It's frustrating to know when to power through and when I'm making it worse. Then it's also frustrating to take two steps forward, one step back.
