Just completed the Geek to Freak transformation as outlined by Tim Ferriss in the 4 Hour Body. In 4 weeks - while only working out twice a week, a total of 8 times - I gained 20.4 pounds of muscle! You can checkout my progress here on http://geektoFREAK.net

Gained 20.4 lbs of muscle in 4 weeks!
You can read a full post about it here: http://www.geektofreak.net/geek-to-freak-results/ Basically, after 4 weeks of following the Geek to Freak protocol as outlined by Tim Ferriss in the 4 Hour Body, I was able to put on 20.4 pounds in only 8 workouts! (twice a week for 4 weeks) I compiled guides and other resources on my site.
