lactofree?
Found out that i'm lactose intolerant the other week, which to me is a good thing because I eat cheese and yogurt like an addict and so most of my weight is probably from dairy! Fingers crossed!

small changes
lost 3lbs since i joined this BUT in the past fortnight I have lost around 7lbs because I gained a bit so to see my weight going down so much in such a short space of time with such little effort is great! I don't expect miracles like this all the time but it's a good start! :)

finding it hard
not being able to say what i'm eating for my main meals (still living at home) is just making my job much easier. I have a complex about eating in college and i'm in too much of a rush for dinner, i'm just having trouble with the diet, I need a new outlook! It's down to determination and all i need to do is encourage myself more!
