Dexter breakfast? That's awesome. Especially considered that a serving is 1 sammie. Kind of like if he killed you and made you into breakfast. But of course he wouldn't, because you haven't killed anyone. =)

Title...
Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism is the 50 minute kickboxing one...but its not all kickboxing, probably just half of it is.No More Trouble Zones is very similar the 30 Day Shred...lots of weights. And this one is also 50 minutes. I personally like Banish Fat more because it has more cardio, but I also use weights while doing it (even though they don't use any weight in this videos). If you ever want to try them out before buying them you can always try doing one with me! :)
