About Me
Happily married, two small kids, work full time, and freelance part-time. Love volleyball and the Jillian Michaels 30-day shred (she kicks bootie!). My husband, having energy for my kids, and watching The Biggest Loser is extremely motivating. I am focused on building my endurance with running. I can comfortably run for 3 miles without stopping including a proper 3-5 minute warm up and cool down. I like the Beachbody Insanity workout.

Insanity
I realized I need a changed I keep on fluctuating and it's frustrating. I know it's a combination of my inconsistent workouts, eating out, and blood pressure medication. Well now I need to take drastic measures because my running and 5K training just wasn't cutting it. Here I go again yes I started the Insanity workout yesterday (Sun, Sept 26, 2010). I will do this program for 60 days to see results along with watching my calorie intake.

It's Serious
I want to lose the maximum amount of weight before my Cayman Islands trip July 1st to a friend's wedding. 10-15 lbs would be great and I want my arms and abs to be toned.

Feeling it
I can't wait to see results but my body is accustomed to working out and if I don't I really have no energy. I think my focus now is to get all my work (school/websites) done quicker so I have more time to sleep. 7 hrs at least a night would be optimal - I was able to go to bed before 11pm last night and that felt wonderful. I'm feeling pretty light today like maybe I have lost some inches. :-) We will see in the next weigh-in on Sunday.

2 miles or more per run 3 or more times a week
I'm focused and just running - when I reach weight goal I will start the toning. For now I'm trying to lose!

Update on Fluctuating
I completely failed all of the below but it's a process - today is a new day! Something serious has to change since my weight has been fluctuating so much despite increasing my workouts. Three things I will have to commit to: -No Starbucks -No Fast Food -No Fried Food This will be absolutely challenging if I have to eat out - it will be a salad or a healthy option. No Wendy's drive thru allowed!
