    Good think I looked at your page. You posted to yourself, lol. YES!!!!! Walking first thing before you eat was the freaking magic recipe!!! Thing is you need to get a 'good' heart rate monitor and keep your heart rate around 125 at the highest. and go for an HOUR. Distance does not matter! Anything after an hour is gravy. And that's when I would run/ jog. Yesterday I did an hour at low heart rate then I ran for a mile. I figure I do it an hour their way then I can do what I want after that. I am on a soccer team now and I need to build my cardio. At the low heart rate is called Aerobic, not cardio. Aerobic burns fat. Lots of it. Cardio burn sugar/muscle, but obviously increases your endurance.

    Wow i am very familiar with Seth, for some reason it looked more like Patrick to me ? must be the beard. I saw all of the season 1 episodes and smoothie king looks awsome,its 6:50 A.M. sun and im leaving for the 3 mile trail i seem to loose weight better with alot of walkin . was that the case for you? latter Eric
