Adding exercises completed
The way I do it, and I am not sure it is correct, is enter the type in the search field...I put in treadmill. Then at the right of the page is "submit my progress". I click that and fill in the fields further down the page. For me that is time, distance and calories burned. Hope this helps. Fattyboomb

Congrats on being smoke free for 12 days. That is awesome. I never smoked but I understand it is a very hard addiction to break. Keep up the good work!
