Title...
How are you doing?
Posted about 1 year ago by Cellie34
You did great!
But you have to keep going! Think not just about your goals but also about why you want to do this. What does it mean to you to be overweight, and what would it mean to you to get your body back? Don't be down on yourself for not being where you want to be. That's not going to get you out of this. What's going to get you out is toughening up a bit. No more excuses and no more temporary dieting. You need to make a permanent life-style change, a real commitment to change. Go through all your cabinets and toss everything that's full of sugar. Buy lots of fresh fruits and veggies and stuff your fridge with them. Plan your meals ahead of time so that you know what to make, and plan satisfying snacks (such as banana with almond butter) *before* you get a snack attack so that you know what to do when it hits you. Don't buy the things that are bad for you, and you won't eat them. It's really that simple. You crave sugar? Eat fruit. You crave fat? Eat nuts and nut butters, extra virgin olive oil, virgin coconut oi, avocados, etc. You absolutely *can* do this, if only you believed in yourself. I'm sure everybody here really wants you to do well and would love to have you back! Don't hesitate to let me know how I can help you!

Hey, you're back! :)
How are you doing? The weather's been crazy lately huh? Finally it gets warm and we can actually go to the beach, and now all of the sudden it's unseasonably cold again. I live in Santee, so pretty inland. But still this whole week it's been cloudy in the mornings and pretty cold for SD standards. This year the weather has just been totally off. I heard we're also in for an unseasonably wet winter. :(
