This is not a great place to post questions about the HCG diet which I have learned by being attacked by the people who seem to think they run this forum. I notice anyone that posts any questions or in my case a positive about this diet are immediately attacked and belittled. Good luck with what ever you decide about keeping on the diet or quitting. It is whatever is best for you!
