About Me
Im 41, I started my Journey @ 227lb-230lbs and I am currently at 205.4. I also use a Go Wear fit to measure my Calorie Burn I just got tired of being out of shape. I did P90X for a while and it just got too boring doing only that. I then started Doing YRG. Yoga for regular guys. Thats when things started falling into place. Now I mix a little P90X and YRG along with Jump Rope, Heavy Punching Bag, Stair climber, and lifting with my Powerblock Dumbells and my resistance bands

Lazy Day
Just taking it easy today, May work out this evening or use as my rest Day Wanted to run...(I mean Jog) again. I actually enjoyed the run. Took my jump rope and at the halfway point jump roped for 2 min. Thats the first time Ive went that far.3.2 Miles I stopped twice for at the longest 10 seconds. I guess 20 pounds lighter makes it a little easier. I need to get off the Fast food but the mornings its really hard. Wont give up the Iced Coffee except im going to try to make it myself.
