    Cutting :(

Building is fun! 'Till you lose your abs :( So, current state is: cutting :) I will continue the cut for another 3-4 weeks (when my fat percentage is lowered to a 7-8%) and will increase my intake after that...

    Building building building :)

With a fat increase of 1% (not much :)) I've gained 1 cm in arm size, 4 cm in shoulder size and about 2 cm's in chest size :) All in about a month! :) I've almost reached my 70Kg goal... I think I'm going to push that to 75Kg or till I've gained to much fat :D

    Carb Cycling update

Time for an update at my dieting :) I've started the "bulk" about 20 days ago and gained a 2Kg since... Of course, this also consists a bit of fat and water (thanks to the retention because of the higher carbs). But I already noticed a large strength increase and more tone in the shoulder area. So it looks like the carb cycling has it's effects! :) I've adjusted my split to a non- and training day with 3200 kcals on the training days and 2700 kcals on the off days. There is a chance that this split will give a growth plateau, then I will just add an extra 100 kcals on the split :D I dislike the supplement, but I've started to take creatine to prepare my body for the rehabilitation after my knee surgery...

    Carb Cycling

I've spend the last three weeks cutting off some fat. Simply because I want to enter my "bulk" period as low in fat as possible. My last week of cutting was the most successful one; by using the "Carb Cycling" method. Now I'm going to use the same technique to gain some lean mass. Now let's see if the claims about almost zero fat gain are true :) We'll just wait and see... Because of the carb cycling, it won't be possible to follow my carb goals. (I'm using a 3502/3284/3066 Cal split) If you're also interested in this method, check this "http://www.t-nation.com/readArticle.do?id=811783" wonderful article at T-Nation. If you need help calculating the correct values. Send me a PM! I've got an excel sheet with all the correct calculations (both for cutting as building)!
