    Feels Great Exercising Again!

    I'll find out Monday (weigh day) if I lose weight from exercising. I hope not. If I am, I'll have to raise my calorie goal back up.

    Reducing Calories

    I weighed this morning. I was leery because last week I was just tired of drinking the weight gainer ("chocolate sawdust" haha) and skipped it a few times. Luckily I didn't lose any weight. I think my normal weight is stable now. I was taking in 2252-2400 calories to gain. To maintain my weight it should be 1150-1350 calories (several calculators varied). I use to be a hard gainer, I could eat anything I wanted. I'll find out if my system has changed. I hope not. Favorite foods I tend to pig out on. haha Anyway, I'll cut the GNC weight gainer in half this week. That won't drop the calories to the recommended, but I want to test a little less.
