Weigh-in
Gained another pound! I know now, I'll keep gaining. I finally found the right combination of drinks. So, since I hit bottom on too much weight lost (not on purpose), I've gained 11 pounds!

Meds Etc
Hey GG, thanks for stopping by :-) Good news that my procedure was successful and I was in and out in 2 days. I just started gentle exercise again today and I've been working on my nutrition 2 and it seems to be working as I've lost 2% body fat in the last 2 weeks. Do you know when you're likely to get your knee done? As you mentioned earlier it would be February time. As for you weight loss, have you considered getting a feeding tube? I know it's not the best of things but it would be a sure fire way of getting those needed calories in. I mention it because there was a lady I met in hospital who was in a similar situation to yourself and it was working for her. Hope you're keeping well :-) B x
