    How do you calculate how many calories you burned. Is there a website you use or is there something on here I missed.

    Protein :(

    I dont drink milk daily but I dont have any issues with meat so this shouldnt be an issue for me but I seem to be having the same problem. I think this is a great tool to help me realize what I am putting in my body and what I should be instead. I am horrible at know what is in everything so this is great.

    It's all about the protein

    I never knew I needed so much protein! I have no idea how to get that much in. Some things are obvious - I need to drink more milk and obviously eat more meat. I'm also trying some eggs either for breakfast or on a salad for lunch. But for someone who isn't a huge fan of meat - over 100 g of protein seems pretty darn hard.
