    2lb gain

    I missed my weight in this past sunday, but that is toally behind me. I was able to weight in last night and found a two lb increase to be a great motivator for continuing to work out. I can do this

    47.6 lbs in one year

    Weighing in today was interesting and educational at the same time. I weight myself and came in at just over my last weight in goal. I figured out that in order to make my 47.6lb goal by 31 December 2012 at 7pm, I will need to gain 4 lbs every 30 days and maintain it. Now that I have a monthly goal I must figure out how to gain 4lbs per month and maintain it.

    Food

    Picked up the recommended diet food for my workout and found that overall the amount of food I was eating was in no way conducive to gaining weight. I can see why it was totally hard for me to pick up weight and keep it on. I am back to regurarlly checking on the food I eat. I helps me see when and what I eat when. At the moment I am not very disciplined on what I consume ie no clean eating but I do find that consuming more food makes me less fatigued.

    P90X-Day 1-Chest & Back

    P90X-Day 1-Chest & Back Day 1 Chest & Back is complete and I am feeling light headed and hungry. Keeping a journal of my actions this time will help motivate me, and ensure accountability for my team. I am a huge fan of Daily Burn (as most of you already know) but the ability to track what I eat on my iphone when I am away from my computer, and then after working out I can input the information onto my blog and BAM! Instant accountability. Overall it's pretty easy to keep track of stuff and get back to my life. It think people that use the excuse "i dont have enough time to work out, should consider the alternative.

    Changing workout days

    I decided it was best to lodge a 3 day work out session for my weight training over the weekend. I will purchase my drinks and extra protein on the 20 Jan 2010. So far so good.
