    Running in June

    Started on Tuesday, June 2nd. I am running 2 miles every day at 6:30am, I read a article in AustinFIT where several people my similar build and weight had good results from running. So I run in the mornings and then do my usual cardio & weights in the evenings. On Tuesdays & Thursdays I still do Ultimate Frisbee for 2 hours during lunch.

    cannot break 222

    Office challenge ends in 2 months, and i still haven't broken my weight. Trying L-Carnitine to help break the barrier. Did some research on it, hope it will help me naturally.

    Did the Chest and Shoulders tonight part of the P90X program. I can definitely feel it. I may have to get some adjustable dumbells tho.
