the crown was a fault.
sadly, had to go out one last time for a while. without the drinking, i would have come in at 1900 calories, almost 800 below what I should be intaking! :\

Plateau Be Gone!!!
Ok, so I'm finally down to 147.4. The gym at the gym said my goal weight is 139 (I was thinking between 135 & 140 so my target, for now is 139). I'm on my way dowwwnnn.

Wish I could say the same...
I've been thinking about logging food again. I am doing 'ok'...staying at 150 which I'm not thrilled with, but am glad its not any worse. I joined Gold's Gym and have been working out 2x per day for the past week and already feeling some changes going on. How was the trip to Colorado or have you not gone yet?
