racket ball
I did a new exercise this week. I did racket ball with a partner. I really liked it and want to try it again.

I have to step up my gym time to 50 minutes this
This week I need to increase my time in the gym to 50 minutes. This might be hard because I only did 40 minutes on the machines before. I decided to increase gradually. I rewarded myself by going to Olive Garden.

Hi There!
Thanks for the invite, I am impressed with your step aerobic! I tried it 2 weeks ago and I got so frustated! I felt like I had a mental problem and 2 left feet. I have been working out with a trainer since July and I figured it was time to step it up another notch and I thought I had gotten in so much better shape... after I left the class it made me realize I have sooo much more to do! Keep up the planning and doing and you will do great! You can do this!!!!!
