    pinched sciatica

    on IR for a few weeks, pinched nerve deadlifting a failed attempt at 285 after successfully lifting 275. Better concentrate more on form when i get back to it....meanwhile I have about 2 months of info I havent entered

    not bad

    weight under 192 for a week now. My suit didn't fit this past weekend; the shoulders were to small, everything else was fine(a little loose in the pants). This is working....
