    P90X Cardio Workouts

    For those of you interested in why the calories burned for the cardio workouts are so low all I can say is that this is a daily burn issue. Give me better numbers and I'll try and update... however, each person is different and workout intensity vary so maybe it's best if you get a good heart rate monitor and enter them specific to you and your workout.

    P90X Classic, Phase 1, Weeks 1-3 - how to Record P

    Hi Mate, Thanks for creating this workout. I was wondering how you record the Ploymetrics? I added my heart rate but that calculated something way over. I then just let the system estimate and it was way low. I then made the last exercise the difference between the 2. What do you do? Thanks for making it mate!

    Thanks for getting back to me! All I was going to do was change out the generic exericises (not the special P90X ones) with the generic ones already posted on DailyBurn, such the push-up routines (diamond, wide, standard, military) and pull-ups (standard overhand, wide overhand, close-grip overhand, etc) and some of the others. If you wanted to take the time to do that, go ahead, but if you did not, I would gladly do it. Unfortunately, I looked into some routines I made and it seems that you cannot make the public, so I will check with DailyBurn support and see what they can come up with.

    Hey, I saw that you created the P90X routines, do you mind making them public so I can edit them? I believe some of the Calorie information do to some of the exercises like push-ups are bit off and by making them the DailyBurn push-ups or diamond push-ups and what have you, the data will be more accurate, as well as it will follow challenge progression. Thanks!
