Happy with the progress
Low carb is not that hard. My boyfriend eats fast food for lunch and eats dinner with me and lost about 8 pounds in 3 weeks without even trying. I don't even miss the refined carbs. I indulge on the weekends because I do not believe in total deprivation, but I stay motivated all week because that scale is finally moving and I can still into my "goal" pants that are size 12 dockers, with no stretch, which I've had for over 2 years and NEVER got into. The tags are still on them. I have to get into some size 12 jeans for my next goal.

Back from vacation.
I am back from vacation and returning to my low carb lifestyle. I gained 7 pounds while i was gone because I ate like I had never heard of the word 'diet' for 8 days. Luckily, I've already lost 2.2 of 7 this week. I'm not going to update my weight graph until I lose those 7. Then I'll start tracking again. I felt great on the beach!

It's been confirmed, carbs are evil!
For the last 6 days I've been on a calorie restricted diet with no refined carbs. My carbs only come from veggies and very little fruit. The scale is moving nonstop now, in the right direction. I am still working out at the same intensity, I have great energy, and my sugar is still in check with LESS meds. I'm done with carbs as a part of my regular nutrition. I finally broke 190!!!!!
