    Title...

Hello! We are Marketing students from George Brown College in Toronto, Canada. We are conducting a study on Wii Fit users; whether Wii Fit is an effective tool to lose weight and become more physically fit or if it's only for entertainment. We would greatly appreciate your input and it will only take you about 3-4 minutes to complete the survey. Les Mills Body Pump routine completed

I've added the final numbers to my Body Pump routine. I achieved this by counting the reps the best I could while I was at the class. Maybe I should have asked the instructor for the rep counts. Oh well. This routine is not an exact representation of the Body Pump class, but it's as close as I can get it. If anyone has any comments or questions about the routine then let me know. I'm eager to get this routine perfected.

Attempting to create Les Mills' Body Pump workout

I want to try and add the Les Mills' Body range to my workout routines. I'm a fan of these routines so I searched on Dailyburn to see if they exist. Sure enough they do; the people of the site have created a series of cardio/aerobic routines, slapped on the Les Mills brand name, jobs a good 'un. However I only saw one Body Pump workout routine in the database and it states that its a cardio routine. Now to me this is utter rubbish. To me Body Pump is lifting weights for about 50 minutes so it should be a strength routine! I'm going to attempt to create my OWN Body Pump routine! How do you like them apples?! The idea is simple enough; go through all the strength routines available and piece together the ones that roughly match the routine that is done during the class. I don't think this will be a 100% accurate representation of the Body Pump routine, but I hope that it will be close. Also it might be a hassle to try and keep the routine up-to-date with each new release, and the weights will be personalised to what I can lift. Maybe I should create two sets of Body Pump workout routines; one for me (with set weight values) and one for the public (with blank weight values). We'll see how it goes. I'm going to start off by creating a routine by rough memory of what happens in the current Body Pump class. Then when I attend the next class I shall make proper notes and then update the routine at a future date. Wish me luck.
