About Me
My current weight is 207 with a BMI of 29% and my goals are 1) Reduce weight to under 200 by year end; 2) End of march weight target is 165 with BMI of 23%-24%. The hardest part is the exercise as I have reduced calories to an average of around 1300/day. The hardest part of exercise is getting started each time.
