Dumbbells
Just completed a workout just using dumbbells. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be. Burned 187 cals doing the workout so I feel real good about that.

Clean Eating
When my wife and I started to do the clean eating I thought it was going to be OK but not good. I was wrong, I really enjoy eating this way and I can start to feel the energy coming back into my body. I enjoy the foods that we make and it is helping in the reduction of my weight. The biggest challenge is to get all six of the small meals in every day.

I need to take the alcohol out of my diet to help the weight loss, I will do this once it is gone.

Started PX90
Used the boxing DVD section today. Hard work out but felt real good when completed. I hope to add this to my weekly routines to not get bored.
