Fall Rowing Classic
What do you think about setting up a distance challenge for october/november as things start cooling off? 500k or 1,000,000. That challenge last spring was a lot of fun, even if I did start spending time outside before the end. dz

well...i am up and down....i am really serious about getting in better shape, but it is hard to balance that and my other endeavers.....looks like you are about down to your target weight...congrats and keep up the good work

for the words of encouragement, much appreciated. I'm at the stage where I need to convince myself to do it, but I'm hoping to get to the phase where I truly want to do some distance rowing :-)
