measurements are important
But you really need to know how to take them. Waist and hip measurements, especially. Mine are full of noise, but should settle down now that I've decided how to take them

Yea I had the same problem with the challenges. I joined too late and it's not recording my entire loss. But you know how much you've lost, you're doing great! You'll make it through these next few weeks easy.

and now the test!
Things have been going pretty well, but today is the first day of Chinese New Year, the biggest holiday of the year in Singapore. It is intense for a few days, but continues for two weeks. And then, right after that, I have a four day trip to China.
