... now coming to you from Santiago Chile
Travelling travelling that all I seem to do these days and therefore it is very difficult to keep up the routine of working out, not to mention eating right. This week I am visiting Santiago in Chile. The weather is amazing, the people friendly and the fruit and veggies are incredibly fresh, and the wine mmm no need to say more.

Ok week
Well last week was ok exercised all week without a day off. Three days I only took walks. So this week back on track at the gym with my trainer TG :-).

No routine
Not so good with travelling and a crazy work load I was only able to go to the gym three times. But no excuses now and I am heading out for a long good workout - back and triceps work out today and then some cardio. Have a great weekend.

so and so
Last week could have been better. I was sick for two days and was unable to work-out and then of course I found it super difficult to eat right. The business trip was postponed until this week. Same goal 6 days working out and eating right from Monday til Friday. Hope you all are doing great.

Another great week
Managed to work out 6 times and eat right from Monday to Friday. So same goal for next week - Hit the gym 6 times and eat right from Monday to Friday. That will be bit more difficult as I have to go on a business trip from Thursday to Friday.
