Started today
Started day 1 of week 1 of the Couch to 5K program. Easing into it. Wasn't too bad at all. Total time on elliptical was 26 minutes. Did 2.5 min warm up on it and 2.5 min cool down. Also did warm up and cool down stretches. Did lower back exercises the night before. Plan is to do the C25K Tue, Thu, Sat and do back exercises daily and try to pick up and/or drop off Jaedyn each school day.

Alarm didn't go off
Was going to start the Couch to 5K program this morning, but the alarm didn't go off. Was going to do Mon, Wed, Fri - but now might as well do Tue, Thu, Sat.
