Hi Gurunor ... I just read your post titled Yeah! It sounds like you're on the same diet as I am ... spelled out in The 4 Hour Body by Tim Ferris ... Is that correct? I've also taken his suggestion to use a PAGG stack ... so far so good ... but still looking to get down another 4-6%. What do you eat on your binge days? Justin

Yeah!
Wohoo! What a morning. Down from 8.9 to 7.9% Bodyfat in 14 days. And up from 72.4 to 74.5 kg in Bodyweight since 3. Jan. (Water? Yes probably, but still getting there.) Got to put a bottom note that I`m 100% clean. Just eating (Paleo, with legumes) No rice in meals except brown rice with chicken after training. And no sugar all week except Saturday (Bingeing day). No artificial sweeteners either except 1 protein shake pr daywhich contains Sucralose. Will get back on supplements I`m using as well as training methods, maybe I need some more advice.
