    1 Mile

Yesterday and before I ran the whole mile in one go instead of broken up into .3 or .5 segments. In fact, I could have likely continued running for another .3 or .5 steady but got too excited about the run. It was great the first two days but i have my doubts for today - now my calves have tightened up and it might be a better idea to decrease the amount of cardio I do today. I wish I had easy access to one of those upper body cardio things. I also need to pick up some food. Im almost all out of protein, eggs, veggies, ugh. For once i don't feel like doing it. I just want to manage on almonds and oatmeal. I guess as far as parings go, that one's not so bad.

    Short term goals

Ive set some short term goals regarding my weight. First, is to scale below 200 by Spring break (March something) - thats about 8 lbs - I'm kicking up my intensity so theres probably some amount of water that ill lose to make that happen Then its below 190 by my birthday (Jul 1) then its 185 by the first day of school. (Late Aug/Early Sept). I might get myself a body bugg again as a personal birthday gift (if it doesn't end up being a monitor, wallet, or something seemingly more imperative). That way I can consider it while I'm locked up in studio with little to no physical activity. uughhh.

Oooohhhh I just figured out my current weight an

Ooohhhh I just figured out my current weight and I have to work on it double time. I'm genuinely approaching my old weight and I'm abhorred. I need to figure out new approaches to what I'm doing because I want a change before summertime (albeit, i won't see a large one but one none the less. I want to manually force my body out of this stagnant mode and into a fat burning mode. I had a glass of wine yesterday, thats out. I bought some... oooohhh of some of my favorite cookies I need to pawn them off on my mom or something because those are hard to fight against. I need to extend my workouts. So its time to go up to 3 miles and finish my workout with a little extra cardio. And I need to make a more serious effort at lifting weights at home and getting to the gym early enough to get a decent lift in. No more slow walk lollygagging with Sandra at school. I'm glad at the least I've begun the routine - now its just time to light a fire under it. New changes... - 3 miles on the treadmill - 0.5 miles walk at end of workout. - Make weight lifting routine for your workout days. (back day, chest day....) - TX Rock Gym or similar. Fun fitness activities to brings friends to. Pick a simple exercise (sit ups? plank? indo board?) and anytime I'm watching Tv or a video game, I'll take commercial breaks or periodic breaks to move. Find something you can do while at the Tennis Center besides sit behind the desk.

    Lemon Protein pancake thing

For future servings of lemon thing - see 2/6 for general proportions. Reconsider and add flour so it can hold together. Needs gluten (what other forms can you use?)
