Week 1, Day 1 (again)
Total time: 27.34 minutes. Total calories burnt: 289. Total fat burnt: 37g. Only did each exercise once. So tired. Need iron.

Total time: 30.50 minutes. Total calories burnt: 502. Total fat burnt: 65g. Found walking yesterday difficult, so I'm going to try working out every morning again, even if it just results in me sitting on the floor, crying.
