    Diet

I'm going to start logging my meals again on Monday to prepare for my competition. My trainer finally sent it to me. Basically, I'll start out at 1700 calories haven't quite figured out the ratio yet because her recommends 55/35/10 (C/P/F) but I don't think I'll go that high in carbs because carbs are my enemy. I'll slowly reduce the amount over the next month and the last month will be only 1300 calories/day.

    Happy Friday! Again...

Hey, how is the training going? Where are you posting your workouts (or have you had time to do that yet)? I need any suggestions you have for cardio....tell me everything! LOL ;) Weather looks like it will be pretty crappy here all weekend so if you are in on Sunday I will give you a call. Ciao

    Natural Diamond Classic, Nov 15th

Well I decided to do my first Figure Competition. I’m going to enter in the Natural Diamond Classic that takes place on November 15, 2008. I went to meet with Robert Green who is a Personal Trainer at Genesis Health Club in Wichita, KS. He’s a Pro Bodybuilder and really knows his stuff. I met with him for 1 1/2 hrs and he showed me some posing, explained a little about dieting and how much more cardio I need to do. He’s going to provide me with a diet, and he’ll split up our 1 hr session with 1/2 hr training and 1/2 hr posing.
