Slacking Off
I believe that during major holidays, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years, can really through off a strict fitness plan. This has happened to me recently. At least, in relation to Gyminee. I still run and workout 3 to 4 times a week, but lately I have not felt the urge to update my stats here. I'm not sure why, because I do understand the importance of setting goals and visualizing progress. I am hoping that after New Years, I will be more dedicated to fitness and Gyminee than I was before.

Starting Gyminee
I found this website through another website, and it seems really slick. I love the layout and presentation. It also seems like it can be very beneficial, but only if I stick with it. I've never really used a set routine before, and have rarely counted my sets or reps during after a workout, so I am hoping that this website will help me get serious about my workouts. My ultimate goal in fitness and working out is to obtain a more attractive body. During my high school years, I never worked out and paid little attention to nutrition, which made my body image suffer considerably. I have been working out for about 5 months, and have shown much improvement. I will continue working out probably for the rest of my life, haha. Here's to dedication. -HandKannon
