I'm back!!!
Did a little workout today...I'm back!

From 1 week before the hols to the end of the hols I put on 7kg but I must have retained a lot of fluid as I lost 3kg since last weekend! I'm still 3.7kg up from my lowest but back into healthier eating, portion controlled, increased grazing and getting back into exercise. I have to stay focused and set myself an attainable goal for the end of term

Hey mate - I see you're doing lots of push ups. What else you doing? What's that going to do for your new waist measurement goal? I'm excited and nervous about tomorrow's weigh in. I'll have run 4 times this week and done the punch bag about 3 times. Hoping/praying for at LEAST a 1kg loss because as you can see from my chart - not much had been happening and last week was a 1kg gain.

Struggling! Not a lot of motivation at the moment. But still being careful about food. Went up and down but back to same weight as last weigh in. I need my gym machine thingy from Ingham!

Progress update
Today is 3 weeks since I started on my campaign. These are my stats: cms lost around: Waist = 3cm Middle = 3cm Chest = 5cm Thigh = 2cm Current weight loss = 4.1kg (4.14%)
