Oh Paris!
How exciting! When's the big day? I did the c25k training plan for a while and it's really good if you stick with it (I however did not as it got to be soooo hot here and I really dislike the treadmill) but I still run on the weekends early in the morning when it's below 90.

important changes
i have been re reading 4HB on the train to work in the morning and this week and last week have been eating breakfast as soon as i wake up. that 30 minutes goes by quick in the morning! i had previously been eating after i work out, but this is listed as a common mistake. i'm going to give it a try. i'm on week 3 of the c25k and loving it! a new gym is opening up 2 blocks away from my apartment and i'm going to join it because that mile walk to and from the gym is a huge deterrent to progress. especially in the winter, let me tell you.

wedding countdown: i don't know how many days
bridesmaids are getting there stuff all together, we've been talking to the minister, and the end is in sight for my monstrous diy flower project! but the most exciting wedding development that occurred this week was that we have a place to stay in paris for our honeymoon! huzzah! also i have been exercising more, which is a more relevant topic of discussion for this forum. thanks for the kettleball tips!

Saw your question on Amity's page - I got my kettlebells at a place called "Play it Again Sports" - not sure if you have one near you (Google it). It is a used sporting goods store, and they usually carry kettlebells. Price was great, if I recall.

Kettlebell
I ordered mine off of Amazon for about $50 and free shipping with Prime. Since then I've seen them in the stores since then Wal-Mart, Target, Dick's Sporting Goods, but not any cheaper than on Amazon.
