    I weighed 232 at my Doctors Visit

    This is so frustrating. My cholesterol levels went up so I need to work on getting those back down. My weight, well my doctor wants me to see a Dietician. WTF?? Still Contemplating.........

    Still weighing at 234

    Kicked up my Zumba workouts to 1 1/2 hours. I really need to watch my food intake. I love working out but love eating just as much. It's defeating the purpose of being healthy. I have a Dr's appt in 4 weeks. Wish me luck!

    Time to lose weight

    Tired of the Yo-Yo dieting. Ordered the cutest dress online only to find that it did not zip up when I tried it on. I wanted to wear it for my husband's birthday dinner next Saturday. Well I have 10 days to lose a few pounds and fit into the dress. It's a work in progress.....One day at at a time!

    Bad! Bad! Day Yesterday!!

    I ate a donut, cookies, chili dogs, chips & dip!! and drank Big Red!! Starting off good this morning with a protein bar!!

About Me

I used to be a very active person up until a few months ago. I became less active while stressing over my online college courses and work. I exercised less and ate more. I am now at my heaviest weight ever. My goal is to lose 80lbs. I am not happy when I do not feel good about myself. I am changing that feeling now!
