Harms's Journal
Almonds vs Lucky Charms
This morning I had a bit over a cup of LC and then, later in the morning, I had a snack of 18 almonds. The cup (and like a quarter) or LC gave me 165 cals (I didn't have milk with it) and the almonds only 108, yet the almonds were much better fuel. This difference is making me think more about the kinds of foods that I put in my body and how it isn't just about restricting calories, it is about getting your body quality fuel.

hi!
Thanks for adding me! I love your idea of 5 lb checkboxes. What a great way to stay motivated! Let me know if there's any way I can help you--I'm always happy to help! :) Good job setting a goal for the week--too many people only look towards the end goal. It's much better to set small goals that get you towards that big one! :)

goal
My goal is to just track everything that I eat for a week-no matter how crappy. Starting today. Go!
