1834 (consumed)- 1198 (burned) = 636 (deficit) Good job! deficit calculation resulting to weight loss 500 calories /day = 1 lb 1,000 calories / day = 2 lbs. Goal is 185 lbs. by 5/30/13

Today I determine that if I limit my calories to less than 2,000 and workout and burn 1,000 calories, I will have deficit of 1,000 per day. In 7 days, that will be 7,000 calories = losing 2 lbs. per week. By May I will be 180 lbs. Super!!! Yesterday calories is over 2,800 - burned 1,000 calories so resulting to 1,800 (minimum requiement) therefore zero deficit! Strive better tomorrow

Day #22 New week, today i commit to do my part in my petition 5'11, 175 lbs. & can dunk! Will work out tonight! :) Walked this morning and will eat right!

Day #21 Sunday @ the lobby of Hyatt eating breakfast I love You God and thank You for all the blessings You gave me! Today i burned 470 calories in the gym, ate 3/4 of a bagel with low fat cream cheese and 3 cups of coffee for breakfast will eat with family later! Love it! Must go to church to visit my Father God! :)
