Title...
The HCG diet is VERY dangerous. Please do not encourage or challenge people to do it. I know some people that tried this diet, and they are very sorry they ever got involved with it. Their metabolism was wrecked, and now they are heavier than ever. And some developed health problems from trying to stay on that crazy 500 calorie a day HCG protocol. Your health is worth too much to do risky diets like this. The FDA is trying to get it off the market.

hey! we need to get on here and motivate each other... we both gained since we started 8 months ago- NO EXCUSES. I did 484 today : ) I haven't hit 500 yet! (Tomorrow will be a different story.) Do you think you can save it all for 1 meal?

Starting overtoday!!!
I will begin working out a minimum of 1 time per day....no excuses! Going to try to workout twice a day and eat salads and chicken breast only!!! And sirloin cause I have some! WIsh me luck! My long-term goal.....by Feb 1st I want to lose 15lbs! By May 1st I want to be at my goal weight of 145 or be back into a size 5 comfortably (no muffin top =) )
