About Me
I am 21 years old and I am studying online to be a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. I travel all over the US with my hubby, he is a pipeline welder for Pipeliners Union Local 798. I am 100 pounds overweight and Im in dier need to get back in shape! I gained 100 pounds in a little over a year and a half. I carry my weight well for I did not realize I was 220 pounds until I bought a scale in April 2009!! I am ready to get out there and get back to the slim, toned 120 body that I used to be!

Goals
Well I want to get down to 125 pounds by April 1,2010. That is 9 mths away; roughly. If I can loose 2.80 pounds a week; each week and keep that weight off I will make my goal by April. I hope I do all I can and take in all that I can to get to my goals!

Starting over
Starting to get back to my diet and workout strategy tomorrow, July 27,2009. Hopefully I can stay on track this time and get down to business. I decided that I am going to reward myself with every 10 pounds lost to buy a new item of "home" workout equiptment or workout dvd or combo of both. Then for every 20 pounds I loose I am going to buy a couple new items of clothing.Wish me luck and best of luck to everyone and anyone else!

Hey! I just noticed that you are in the lose 20lb challenge too!!We can do it!!! First I had a goal of losing 20 lbs and now that i've lost almost 14 lbs i wanna lose 30!!
