You are absolutely correct, calories from fat should be 100. Good catch!

Never heard of a Toffifay!
I was intrigued by your food "favorite" and wonder if you agree with my cursory analysis: At 9 calories per gram of fat, this product -- which I assume is a candy/treat -- would probably come closer to 50% fat calories; hence, probably not a favorable choice for a weight loss program. I would be interested to know if a quick review of a food label might reveal a recording error. Of course, the food industry would never lie or try to deceive the public, would it?

Got a swim in today.
Well, I finally got to the pool and got some laps in. I didn't think I would last 5 minutes, but ended up making it an entire 20! I will take it.

I miss running.
Not being able to run and letting my knee rest is killing me! I may get up early in the morning and give swimming a try. I need to get some cardio somehow and this would probablhy be good for my knee.
